Move Outdoors with Ginge

Service Description

Move with Ginge, a 45 minute outdoor sweat to get you moving, smiling and pushing your limits with socially distanced, like minded people in a small group session. What to expect/ bring Fun, sweat, laughter and maybe some tears haha. Please bring your mask, There will be optional mitt work included, if you feel comfortable, but not mandatory. If you would like to hit mitts please bring your gloves and wraps. Bring water, and stick some suncream on to protect your lovely skin. I will have wipes and hand sanitizer. Remember this is the great outdoors, if touching the floor weirds you out then bring optional gloves and /or matt. Time 9:00 start, feel free to arrive early. Location Pan Pacific Park, 7600 Beverly Blvd, CA 90036. Meet Point Top Field by the car park / Indoor Gym, I will be near the top childrens play park, if you cannot find me please use my contact number below. Parking Free parking in the parks car park, Entrance in between The Grove drive and N Gardner.
